Open Position: Modular Building Installer (Entry-Level)
Full-Time or Part Time • Start ASAP
We’re looking for someone who wants to learn a trade, work with their hands, and be part of a small, high‑performing team.
What You'll Do
- Assist with installing modular buildings
- Help with repairs, service calls, and punch‑list work
- Use basic tools (we’ll train you)
- Travel with the crew when needed
- Work outdoors and stay active
What You Get
- $25/ hour
- $75 Per Diem when overnight stay is required

Pay
- We start you as a subcontractor or a W-9. You are responsible for withholding your taxes.
- We pay per job while you are 1099'd to Ironclad. Typically it is 7-14 days after the invoice is sent, which is upon completion of the job.
- After 60 days, you will have the opportunity to choose between becoming a W-2 employee or staying as a 1099 subcontractor.​
